Rimon Farm
Rimon Farm is an ecological farm located in the Northern Negev that offers an educational and therapeutic employment framework for adolescents. We cater to youth aged 12 to 18 who are either disengaged from the educational system or at risk of dropping out, facilitating their development through sustainable farming practices within a nurturing community in an outdoor environment.
The farm operates as a productive establishment, utilizing agriculture as a therapeutic instrument that enhances individuals' sense of self-worth and self-esteem.
Since its opening in December 2021, the farm has established itself as a cornerstone for many young individuals. Every day, teenagers come to the farm to participate in a range of tasks within its different areas, such as the vineyard dedicated to wine production, the ecological orchard, the edible forest, the olive orchard, and the vegetable garden.
Our objective is to empower adolescents, supporting their commitment to work and providing them with the necessary tools and life skills to successfully integrate into society and enhance their potential for social leadership.
